From personal experience (and stories from friends), it seems like getting a loan has become really easy. In fact it has become so easy that everyone can apply and get approved (almost everyone). Doesn’t matter if you have bad credit because they even have loans made for those with bad credit! The happy part may be that getting the cash has become so easy and the borrowers are definitely rejoicing about it. But what happens when you borrow but do not have the sufficient ability to pay it back? Isn’t that like double smacking on oneself?

This is another very lazy ‘guitarish’ love ballad Lee Home wrote for his 2007 改變自己 (Change my ways) album called 愛在哪裡 (Ai Zai Na Li) , meaning Where’s Love? It reminds me of the comment Jacky Wu gave when Sam Lee Sheng Jie was singing his new song ‘Guang Yu Ni De Ge’ (The song about you) on his tv show Guess. Indeed 愛在哪裡 is very slow and sounds repetitive but its a nice song nonetheless. Enjoy these translated lyrics and the pinyin should make the sing along process much easy.

With so many break ins into homes and the thieves getting smarter, it’s not surprising that many people are resorting to ‘upgrade’ their homes. Not exactly renovating it but doing something to tighten the security. At the same time it might do your 30 year old house good to get a face life. Things like fiber-cement siding is a must when it comes to this. In fact, siding is really important when it comes to home improvement.

The last song of the album to Wang Li Hong aka Wang Lee Hom’s 2007 album 改變自己 is the very romantic ballad 星期å…的深夜 (xing qi liu de shen ye) Late Saturday Night translated and romanised lyrics. These are in pinyin so they are very easy to read and pronounce. If you agree with some other fans that Lee Hom’s dreamy voice is the best way to make you fall asleep at night, then this is the right song. Love it!

I may not have a genuine interest in golf at all (being the type who loves kayaking and things like that better) but after been coaxed by my uncle so many times to join the Sibu Golf Club, i think i might as well have been taken in by him. Every holiday he’d bug me to go play golf with him. Ok on condition this time!
