The One Account Mortgage (OAM) is a great way to save your money on mortgages. If you’ve taken a mortgage before, you’d know how painful it is to pay monthly interest and principal and then to find your remaining balance still piled up. By the time you pay it off, you’d already be in your retirement age when you should be off to smoking a nice cigar rolled on virgin thighs somewhere in the Caribbean.

I’ve got totally no idea how it got there, and damn it I hate those annoying buggers. I thought my PC was adware infested, but I tested on uni computer (which’s supposed to be clean) and then there were 2 of them damn popup-under. I’m suspecting it’s got something to do with the theme. I don’t know. Tat’s why I move back to WP’s default Kubrick theme.

Well to be truthful, I’ve been really watching a lot of movies rather than going around Melbourne welcoming autumn and taking a few snaps here and there. Why rent (that’s cash outflow… big nono) or go to cinemas(another unnecessary great cash outflow) when you can find DVDrips? Ok some movies are rather hard to find, and I’m not willing to set my laptop’s rom to region 4 and then to 1 and then around and around because there’s a limit ok.

It’s not that I’ve been through turbulent times dealing with drugs so I won’t fake it and say “I know how it feels” because I don’t! But one thing I know, dealing with drugs problems and going into rehab needs LOTS of support, a real solid rock where you can hold on when it feels like the waves are here to sweep you away, and someone who really cares and be there 24 hours available.

My Nokia 6681 has been really reliable for the past 2 years. The functions are good (running on Symbian OS), the camera was good (one of the best at its prime hehe) and i liked the solidness of it when being held in my hands.
